Create a Sticky Note

Hey all my blogger Palz. Yahh that’s right Mr Marlon I. is back with another cool tutorial for you guys. I’m going to teach you how to create a sticky note. We all love sticky notes don’t we ? I know i do

Step o1

Open up Photoshop create a new document Blah! Blah! Blah! I don’t know why I say this all the time. May be it’s a part of writing  tutorials or something i donno. Anyways do that thing and fill up the background with any color you like or you can’t use an image it’s totally up to you. I’m using a gray color here because I like gray

Step 02

Now we have to create out sticky note to do that take out the rectangle tool (U). Draw a nice rectangle across the canvas you are free to decide the size of it so draw in any size you want something like this.

Step 03

We drew a rectangle horaay!! Now as I remember we were going to create a sticky note which is yellow kinda thing. So let’s make this yellow as well. Open up the blending options of our rectangle layer by simply double clicking on the layer in layer pallet or right click Blending options and apply following effects

Now you should have something like this.

Step 04

They usually have this gum on their back so you can stick them. I’ll create a small cello tape to give it more appealing look. Get the rectangle tool out again and draw a small rectangle something like this.

Now apply these following Styles to it.

Now this is how it looks likes. Awesome isn’t it?

Now this is the fun part you get to type in or draw anything you want on your sticky note. Get your creative socks on use a nice font type something in, rotate the sticky note, put a nice background on you know just to be creative. Here’s what I made.
